Finding Your Next Vacation
There are a number of ways you can use PlanwithTan.com to find your next TAN vacation:
- Search by Availability
- Browse Properties by Region
- Browse Featured Properties
Searching by Availability
Search Box
You'll see the search box to the right on the homepage. Simply select a region (and an area, resort or unit size if you'd like) and select a start and end date.
Hit submit and you'll be given a listing of our properties that have availability within the search criteria you've selected.
Hint: broaden your search criteria to find more options. One of the biggest benefits of TAN is the diversity of vacations, broaden your search and explore all the vacations we do have to offer.
Results Listing
Once you've selected your search criteria and hit "submit, you'll see a page of properties that have met your search criteria and are available. Simply click on the property you'd like to view, and you'll go to that property's page.
You will be returned properties that have availability at any time during the date span you have selected. So if you have a very long date span, say you're searching for 6 months...properties may only have one week of availability some time during that span, but will be returned in the search results.
Also, at the top of the results listing page, you can refine or change your search.
Using the Availability Calendar
On each property page you'll find a calendar that has available check-in days highlighted in one of three colors (green for normal, red for Hot Weeks and blue for Excess Inventory.) Above the calendar all bedroom sizes offered at the property are listed, select one and you will only see availability for that particular bedroom size.
Once you click on one of the highlighted check-in days, the rate for the selected week will populate below the calendar. You'll also see the book button. Simply click on it and you will be taken to the shopping cart to finish booking your selected vacation.
Property by Region Pages
When you click on the "View All Properties" menu tab, you will see a page that has a colored map, along with a picture for each region of property. Either click on a state in the map, or just click on one of the regions and you will be taken to that region's property listing page.
Once on the region page, properties are divided into states. Simply click on one of the properties and you will be taken to that property's page, where you can use the calendar to find availability.
Featured Properties
You can also view the Featured Properties page to see our latest highlighted properties. Simply click on one of the properties and you will be taken to that property's page.
