Sunsational Guarantee

Being a TAN traveler has sunsational advantages, including TAN's Double Sunsational Guarantee! In our effort to provide clients with quality condominium vacations at affordable rates, we have created two guarantees of service called Sunsations. TAN's Sunsational Guarantee allows travelers peace of mind when planning TAN vacations. Enjoy living the advantages!

Sunsation #1: Guaranteed Vacations

For each vacation request, all travelers are guaranteed an accomodations offer to their requested resort area or an acceptable alternative. If TAN is unable to offer a qualified vacation option, based on the Terms and Conditions (listed below), TAN will issue a $1,000 U.S. Savings Bond.

Sunsation #2: The 3 C's

All travelers are guaranteed Clean, Comfortable and Convenient accommodations. If your accomodations do not meet these standards, simply contact our Total Vacation Services department and a replacement vacation week will be added to your account.

Terms and Conditions: 1. TAN’s Sunsational Guarantee supersedes all previous guarantees and will continue to evolve based on the most current top resorts. Your guarantee is always based on the most recently published version.

2. In Sunsation #1, a $1,000 U.S. Savings Bond will only be issued if TAN cannot fulfill a reservation request that lists vacation area selections from our "top resort areas (listed below). The accommodations requested must be a studio or one-bedroom unit (TAN reserves the right to offer a larger unit). All requests must be made at least 90 days in advance. The $1,000 U.S. Savings Bond does not apply for requests made during holidays, special events, for consecutive weeks or for multiple requests for the same week.

3. Sunsation #2, your additional vacation week is subject to standard reservation fees and procedures.

These states or regions are where the top resort areas are most frequently traveled based on at least 12-months travel history of TAN clients.
